Standards and Fees

Thank you for considering our community as your future home. As part of the application and leasing process, we want to ensure full transparency regarding potential fees.

Application fee per applicant: $75
Administrative fee: $150
Security Deposit/Holding Deposit: Standard deposit is equal to one half month's rent
Security Deposit - Additional: Full month's rent based on results of credit report
Security Deposit - Maximum: Full month's rent based on results of credit report
Pet fee at move-in, non-refundable: $350
Monthly pet fee per animal: $25
Carports: $50
Garage - Medium: $150
Garage - Large: $250
Gate Remote/Key/Fob: $25
Water/Sewer: Varies monthly based on usage, billed in arrears by third party
Trash: $3
Vallet Trash: $25
Pest Control: $5 monthly
Package/Parcel Monthly Fee: $5
Water/Sewer/Trash billing Fee: 9% of the monthly billed amount
Electric Service Fee for not setting up: $50 per billing cycle
NSF Fee: $50
Monthly Late Fees if not paid by the fifth (5) of the month, is 10% of the monthly rent.
Termination Fee: Equivalent to one-month base rent
Apartment Transfer Fee: $350

Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | Max weight 75 lb each | One time Fee $350

Rent $25

Comments: Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $350 due at move-in. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 75 lbs. for each pet. Dogs and cats are most welcome.

Restrictions: Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds.

Debbie Lane Flats is a Non-Smoking Community and requires Renter's Insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 in liability coverage, $10,000 in personal property coverage.
